WEB-XR.studio stores your XR data.
Data is important to you. However, data that has not been used for a long time and is left unattended is useless, and unnecessary data is deleted because it puts pressure on the storage.
Currently, the actual deletion process is not performed, but here are some guidelines for the near future.
Data card type
| UNIT card | UNIT for public use. Editable with Script Editor. Possession limit of 20 cards. Data is duplicated when the component is imported. |

Deletion target | Targets those that the user deems unnecessary
- Delete all component cards of users who have not logged in for 15 days.
- Deleted UNIT cards that have not been viewed for 20 days. (UNIT owned by paying users is not applicable)
Notification email | Send email to registered email address before deletion
- Notify the day before component card removal. If you log in, you will be removed from the deletion target.
- Notification from 3 days before the deletion of the UNIT card. If the UNIT is browsed, it will be excluded from the deletion target.
